Found this smal butterfly "Common Tit" on the way to my girl's school. It is quite common in Singapore.

Recently see this beautiful butterfly in Clementi, and also found its caterpillars.

Pupa of Painted Jezebel

Recently found a lot of caterpillar and pupa at Clementi. It can found at the playground, on the wall, on ceiling and trees /plants. 

I believe it is the breeding season of this beautiful creature.

Painter Jezebel emerged from pupa

Today I found this beautiful creature hanging on the palm tree outside my girl's school. 

It is a Painted Jezebel. After doing some reading about this butterfly, the palm tree is not its host plant. But I believe the host plant just next to the Palm tree. 

Cats in Neighbourhood

Every morning, I will see these cats nearby my girl's school. They don't afraid of people, and they are used to close contact. So using iphone to take close up pictures of them. 

Brown Praying Mantis

Today we go to church for wedding. After the wedding, we notice this little fellow at the red wall. This is the first time seeing real life praying mantis, and it is brown. I never know there is brown praying mantis. Learn something new today.

红蚂蚁建造蚁窝

前几天在送孩子去学校的路途中，看见了红蚂蚁在建造它们的窝。如今已经完成了。它们把叶子连合在一起成为它们的避难所。可以看见蚂蚁团结的力量。

在路边看到此小昆虫，skipper，是和蝴蝶同类。它 是 yellow Palm dart，详细资料在此。

Mushroom bloom after the rain

Last Friday, saw these mushroom along the road side. It rained almost everyday, so mushrooms grow well in wet environment. They look like small white umbrellas.

Cats hunt

My little girl loves to observe cats, so have to bring her walk around blocks to look for stray cat.
